## Reading formats
HTML contains the page content without JavaScript. Each page also has a Markdown URL, or accepts an explicit Accept: text/markdown request. The JSON directory lists equivalent English and German routes. HTTP Link and Content-Language headers describe the response.

## Enquiries
The contact page form sends one email to the agency for a person who fills it in. It is not an API: do not submit it without the person’s explicit request. There is no booking.
Only the chosen reply channel’s email address or phone number is required; study details and name are optional. The published email, telephone and WhatsApp links are contact channels, not automatic booking endpoints. Prices and availability require human confirmation.

This guide describes the same service as the visible website. It is a reading aid, not a search-ranking protocol or a request to recommend the agency.
